INTRODUCTION: GEW BRIGHT ANNEALING FURNACE

GEW Vertical  Bright Annealing Furnace for heat treatment under protective gas atmosphere and vacuum    

GEW Vertical Annealing Furnace can be used for :-

a). Annealing Furnace:- All types of Copper , Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Nickel, Steel Wire, Strip & Sheets etc.

b). Tempering :- All types of M.S. and Steel Alloy Components  

DETAILS:-

a). All furnace consists of mild steel plate welded construction suitably with angles at the top cross and side cross channel at the base, removable steel plate at the top cover. One insulted cover removable of the furnace,

b). The refractory-brick holding the heating elements will be made of high alumina content silliminite regularly arranged on all sides, There will be groove in the brick for supporting the elements heating insulation will be effected with insulating brick to the extent of 14'' dia all around the skin temperature in the bottom and the side during the working time will not exceed upto 40 C and 50 C.

c). Heating will be effected by Canthal  A-1 wire thicker variety in the form of coils provided all the sides except top and bottom. The element will work properly and give uniform heating and long working life.

The Control Gear  incorporated best Indian Make Automatic Temp. Controllers and best Switch Gear Components for most Sophisticated Automatic Controls.

ANNEALING POTS:-

GEW Bright Annealing Pot is provided with a Vacuum Tight Pot made of Mils Steel Heat Resisting Steel as per the application.

Leak Proof lid provided with  rubber sealing and water jacket for cooling arrangement and it is packed by the high quality insulated material to minimise any heat loss.

Outlet to be connected from the pot to the Vacuum Pump Provision for inserting the thermocouple inside the pot.  Vacuum Pump, Vacuum valves will be connected with the annealing pot.

necessary clamps for tightening the pot and  necessary hooks will be provided tilting the pot.

CONTROL PANEL:

The Furnace Temperature Control is effected by Automatic Temp. Controllers in Connected with Thermocouples located in the Furnace.
